Do you use pharmacies in Bradford district? Help shape the future of services
People across Bradford district are being asked to take part in a survey which will help find out if there are the right number of local pharmacies in the right places in our local communities.
The short questionnaire is anonymous and confidential and anyone who uses local services is invited to comment and answer a series of questions including how, where and when they use pharmacies.
The deadline for completing the survey is February 11, 2022. The feedback will help Bradford District's Health & Wellbeing Board develop a draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, which will then be available for public consultation in 2022.
The results of the assessment of the current and future needs of local communities will be used to help make decisions about commissioning services.
