It summarises the key messages related to Hospital care and treatment that we have heard through West Yorkshire Voice and what local Healthwatch across West Yorkshire have been hearing from the people in their local areas.

Thank you to everyone across West Yorkshire who provided responses and shared your thoughts and experiences. Responses to a survey shared via West Yorkshire Voice and local Healthwatch insights were used to develop this briefing paper which is included at the March West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board meeting alongside the formal board meeting papers and helped to make sure that real experiences are considered and are influencing the decisions made in the meeting.
