If you're not, but want to shine a light on the issues that matter in your community or give a voice to those who go unheard, that's great too. Since the COVID-19 pandemic turned our lives upside-down early in 2020, access to services at GP practices has been one of the biggest concerns members of the public have shared with Healthwatch. Satisfaction with GP services is falling fast, and one of the most commonly asked questions is “when are things getting back to normal?”. -
